Return Policy

Naneu offers a 30-day purchase satisfaction assurance.

We understand that even the best websites can't replace the experience of examining a product up close before buying it. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all orders placed directly on naneubags.com: if you open the box and the product isn't what you expected it to be, or you just don't like it, return it to us for a refund, or exchange. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days of receipt, in new shipped condition, with all original packaging and paperwork. We will refund the original price of the product (shipping and handling charges excluded).

If you choose to buy your Naneu bag from one of our retailers - and we encourage you to do so - please note that each retailer has its own satisfaction/return policy. Returns and return inquiries should always be addressed to the place of purchase.

Procedure for Obtaining Returns;

All returns require prior return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please contact us before sending anything back to obtain a number.

Please contact us and don't forget to include the following information in your e-mail:

  • Your name
  • Daytime telephone number
  • Order / Invoice number
  • Reason for the return

We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.

Refund or Replacement

Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only, again, exluding shipping charges.
