When will I receive my order?
Orders for in-stock items that are placed before 15:00(EST) will usually be dispatched on the same day. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery from the time payment in full has been received.
Our distribution centre is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Where do we deliver to?
For the moment, Naneu ships only to the continental U.S. For international orders we encourage you to contact one of our international dealers. Please contact us for shipping quotes if you can’t find a local dealer near you and would like to have the bag shipped to you from our U.S. headquarter's. Naneu exclusively uses UPS to deliver your orders. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Our 2nd day express service price option will be determined by the system when you check out and it depends on your zip code.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order at any time provided the bag hasn’t shipped yet. If the bag already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a refund. See return policy. Please note that if an item is refused upon delivery, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please be advised that the courier services may require someone to sign for your shipment. All products must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or older on delivery. If there is no one at the address to accept delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our courier service in order to arrange an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products. If you require alternative solution for your delivery, please contact us.
Defective, damage or lost items in transit & wrong delivery
You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please follow immediately the return procedure described under return policy. However, for faulty goods or goods being returned due to our error we will also refund any cost incurred in returning the item. Subject to availability, we will send you a new Shipping Notification E-mail and we will automatically and immediately ship to you at our own costs the correct replacement product.
