Sales Tax

We are required by law to add a state sales tax to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.

Payment Options

We accept the following Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We do accept Money Orders but no CODs or Personal Checks.

“Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online from Naneu Pro.”

In cases where the order was shipped free of shipping charges (unless the product is defective):

-For returns: the customer will be refunded the purchased price less the cost of shipping.

-For exchanges: the customer will be credited (or debited) the difference of the exchanged products plus shipping charges for the exchange.

Shipping

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm Eastern for in-stock merchandise will ship the same day. Order placed after 2:00 pm will ship the following business day.

Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We can also ship it overnight for an additional charge.

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail to let you know the expected replenish date and ask how you would like to proceed.

Please note that Naneubags.com ships to US destinations, US territories, Military APO's and International. For International shipping discrepancies please contact sales@naneubags.com

Returns

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement. Please be advised we do not pay for shipping on returned or exchanged items. To receive a refund or a replacement, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and the product in as-new condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards and accessories.

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online from Naneu. Please be aware, if you are returning an item purchased online through Naneu you will be refunded less the cost of the original shipping.

Return instructions:

  2. All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending anything back.

    Please include the following information in your e-mail:

    1. Your name
    2. Daytime telephone number
    3. Order number
    4. Product name
    5. Model number
    6. Bar Code (UPC)
    7. Quantity to return
    8. Reason for the return

    We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
  6. Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only (minus shipping cost). You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.
